anyone know how to resolve a message like this, that prevents us from logging into Netsuite when I can not reach NS on the phone or by email?  The message says to contact support, but the email comes back telling me to call netsuite at a phone number that is not answered except for during business hours.  My gold support line is the same thing..  business hours.  So, I guess we are just down for the count until Monday..  Seems strange. Is this typical?
