Cash Basis Accounting and Advanced Shipping

We have noticed that Cash Income Statements takes COGS from fullfillments rather than invoices paid. 

It seems to be a compatibility issue with Cash Basis Accounting and Advanced Shipping features.

Has anyone else noticed issues for this compbination?

Any advice on how to make sure cash basis statements are correct in this combination?
