CSV Default Image Import

I was trying to do an import today on the 2007 version and was going to use a default value on my thumb and display images.   When clicking the edit pencil to select the default value during the mapping process, it only has a dropdown list to choose images, and the first few hundred or thousand are displayed.  I have about 50,000 images and the one I need is not shown.

Has anyone else seen this problem or am I the only customer with that many images?   I need it to be a direct edit field to put in the value or have a search box to search for the image wanting to be used.
