Account Disabled

Hi

I try to log into my account and I get the following message

 
This company has been disabled. Please contact Support to re-enable this company.

I have contacted support and have got a canned response that they have contacted management.

I am @#$%@#$% about this nobody from my company can access any information and we received no notification of any problems.

Has this ever happened to anybody else.
