"This Presentation Category Already Exists" message... when it doesn't

Suddenly I cannot create new categories... I get the "This Presentation Category Already Exists" when I create a new category named anything.

I tried to make a category named "dfjieowpa" and it said it already existed. Anyone getting this error?
