Service Failure Again?

We are hitting "Unexpected error messages" when we refresh dashboards, run reports, enter sales orders.  Almost anything really.

Our webstore customers are complaining (5 calls today) that either they get the same error message (strange on a website) or that they are simply being told the site is down for routing maintenance.

Nothing seems to stay down for long but it has been going on intermittently for at least the last 2 1/2 hours. The nice little hyperlink that suggests one contacts Support does not work either.

What on earth is going on?
