Paypal Express Checkout New Problem!

Since today, we are receiving more and more complaints from customers who are club members (gets discounted pricing) and are trying to use paypal.  When they go through the checkout, paypal is reverting their prices back to the regular prices (possibly because a different email address, etc…. is associated with this account).  Please let us know how to resolve this issue or we will have to issue refunds for every membership customer who calls and states that they have used paypal.
