Time Out

I use the netsuite 2007.0.5 British version

I have 15 Sales Reps all trying to key there information onto netsuite, and they are being bombarded with Time Out messages every 5 minutes or so, and a couple are getting the message that another user is already using that account.

As you can imagine having to login on average every 5 minutes, dose not make a happy sales rep.:mad:

Can anyone help or or have you also experienced this problem or is this a Known issue?
