Reconcile Bank Statement

I have been asked to add a VAT/tax code column to the New Charges sub tab.

I have just had it confirmed by netsuite that this is not a customizable form.

Has anyone been able to create anything similar?

I have suggested that all statement forms should be customizable.

my case number is CA#638236

I also think that we should be able to customize all forms on netsuite.
