HELP - My navigation is broken

We still do not have the navigation functions that we should have with the release of 2007. We are on 2007.1

Our Menu drop down called "Management" does not exist, so I cannot access "print forms", "Memorized transactions", etc.

Most of our Setup: Accounting: "menu" is missing. I need to create new terms for a vendor but cannot as the "menu" item to do this setup is completely missing. The problem here is that you cannot even do a global search to get this page to come up - I simply CANNOT DO MY JOB.

Netsuite support has done a webex to see our problems but offered no solution! I had a case# but now it seems to have disappeared. It is not in the log as even being a case anymore.
