Advanced Inventory Reoder Point and Preferred Stock level

Dear All
I'm using Netsuite 2007.0.5 United Kingdom version.

I have just turned on the Advanced Inventory feature. All seamed well then.....

Has anyone come across the following issue?

In Inventory Item New and existing. The Reorder point and Preferred Stock Level Labels appear in the third column on the right in the main area and, there tick boxes for Auto-calculate appear on the Inventory sub tab, Or other sub tab. in the third column.

I have just spent 1 hour on the phone to Netsuite support, without out much luck.
