Problem with Events DATE

Hi All,
I am sorry to post another problem that i have in Netsuite but believe me i am not posting all
This morning i received  a phone call from one of my employees asking about the events; the problem was that she was entering a date 11/02/07 and in her calendar the event was showing up Today...
The form that we use is customized, so i customized another and i made it prefered for all the company with new fields...
After testing i found out that the Date Field is the only one that is linked to the calendar, we have 4 more fields that are date type and help us to report like Install, site survey and others.
