Run Time Error Editing Customer Record

We have been having issues with trying to edit customer records. Every time we seem to get a run time error message and are not able to edit the record. This has been going on for about 6 months now. We have logged case after case and haven't been able to get this resolved. Does any one have any information on a fix or work around?
