Duplicate Credit Warning

I issued a case 7/11/06 (more than a year ago #453964) asking for a duplicate credit warning.  Just somrthing similar to the duplicate vendor bill warning that pops up when you try to enter a vendor bill twice.  It still shows a status of "not started"

I think I have been very patient on this!  Does anyone else have this concern?  ?
