How do I change the company name on FedEx Labels?

We sell diamond jewelry and therefore dont want our name printed on FedEx shipping labels.  We'd like it abbreviated only on shipping labels, from Eternity Wedding Bands to EWB.  However, if we change the name at Setup - Company - Company Information, it changes it on all other forms as well.  Further, for some reason it prints our full company name TWICE on all shipping labels!!  Of course this would only happen to the company that doesnt even want it once

Anyone have a solution for either problem??
