2007.1 Missing View Unencrypted Credit Card Permission

We were just upgraded to v2007.1 over this past weekend and no longer have access to view credit card numbers. A review of the role permissions indicates that users that previously had this permission no longer have it but the kicker is that this permission is not avaible to add to the user's role.

Anyone has having this same issue?
