Problem Printing Labels in VISTA

I'm trying to set up a new computer on Vista. I'm stuck getting the UPS labels to print. I've gone through all install procedures but there's no printout. I can tell that the label.bat file fires (quickly flashes on the screen) but nothing prints.
- The printer is installed correctly and will print a test page.
- The .EPL2 association has been made to label.bat.
- Sharing is turned on.
- Both the printer's name and the share name are UPS2844.
- The computer's name is TBMBUSINESS-II

Here's what's in the label.bat file...

print /D:\\TBMBUSINESS-II\UPS2844 %1

I've tried it with User Account Control On and Off -no success.
