Email button missing on custom role
I filed a case, Case #628532 on this:
when logged into our custom role - customer service rep,
and 'use popup for main transaction email' is turned on they have no email button.
I want to use the popup, I like being able to type in the message, etc.
My latest response from support told me:

Since the problem occurs when it is turned on, you might wish to turn it off.
