How to add/list the Terms (Net 15, Net 30 etc)?

Hi,

I have added account terms in the old version but I cannot find the right place now. Current help says "To add choices to this list, click the Lists tab. Click New next to Other Lists, and click Terms." I don't see any 'new' on 'Lists Overview' screen.

I also need to list all the current terms (so I can see their internal ID).
