Error: SSS_INVALID_HOST_CERT

Hi,
I would like to know if you somebody can help us!
My Director of Enterprise has been ignore by Netsuite, a Suiteflex Specialist is not responding his e-mails and it is delaying our job.
We have developers that are waiting on Netsuite to fix this error.
The problem is that we request a change in our IP Server and we have this result:
