Cash sales fail for customers without email
Hi -
Does anyone else get the following "Unexpected Error".
We use Pick Pack & Ship. An order is fulfilled, we mark it shipped and we then go to Transactions>Sales>Bill Sales Orders. We check the "To Be Emailed" and "Hide Unfulfilled Sales Orders" check boxes, select all unbilled Cash Sales and submit. Every so often a cash sale is failed because there is no email address associated with the transaction/customer. Once that happens we are then throw "unexpected errors" if we try to bill from either the fulfillment or the sales order.
