Is there something wrong with NS generated emails?

Operating very slow - we have had some emails just send from cases that were entered 4 hours ago; not consistent but noticeable. 

Went to status.netsuite.com and it shows all a-ok but we are definately having issues.

Anybody else experiencing slow email from NS?
