No Database Relationship Keys on CSV Exports

Has anyone managed to export their data from Netsuite relationally?

I have run through the full export and created the custom lists and included all columns.  I can not seem to establish a relationship key with the data. 

When i exported the data from Salesforce all the relationship keys were available on the export so all relationships were correct ie. Contacts -> Accounts, Opportunities -> Accounts etc.

We have several duplicated company names that are at different locations, i need to be able to allocate the correct contacts to the correct accounts and also the other relationships.

Anyone have any ideas how this can be achieved?
