We are unable to access our account. Our web store is down too.
This is the message we get when attempting to login to the back end:
Service Interruption
The account you are trying to access is currently experiencing system issues.
The problems has been detected and is expected to be resolved shortly.
You may also wish to check http://status.netsuite.com for possible overall service interruptions.
http://status.netsuite.com/status.html reports that "All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational."
If the problem has been detected, then how is it that all netsuite systems are fully operatonal? This does not leave me feeling confident that the issues with our account are being addressed.
