Any one haveing a problem with FedEx integration in Canada?
Can anyone can help me figure this out?
I'v registered my FedEx account number and added shiping items to a list, but when I click on 'FedEx Real-Time Rate' the option does not show up for online customers. When I click on other shipping rates, it will show up, but I don't want those other shipping rates. I've checked everything that could be possibly wrong (display in website, registration for info, shipping item info) but the 'real-time rate does not allow the shippingmethod to appear on the site for online customers.
Has anyone in Canada managed to integrate their FexEd account in their website using 'FedEx Real-Time Rate' as the shipping rate and be successful at it. If so, please respond.
