Bulk Print Invoice Major Problem!

Is anyone having a problem with the BULK PRINTING OF INVOICES??  We have not been able to even get to the screen for the last few days.  This is killing us!  I have filed a case with NS as well as reported to my 3rd party support person.  Can someone help me, please?:mad:
