CASE # 650060. I need help on IMAGE to sign up a prospective client

As proof of concept, I am creating a membership entry screen for my prospective client's website.

unfortunately, I can't make the image appear on his browser and the email reply consistently. He can't see them when he is doing the testing even the link when pasted on the browser says "page not found"

I already posted this issue but nobody replied. So I am re-posting it to get attention and  answer from anyone who knows the solution. Thank you, btw.

This case has been submitted under: 650060. I already scanned all postings related to this for solution  to no avail...
