Upgrade errors again! - Can't Print Picking Tickets

Hello

Netsuite upgraded the system last night and now I can't print picking tickets either from the list nor individual sales orders.

I tried my silver support, but they don't work weekends.   I have hundreds of orders to pick and pack today (Saturday).   Has anyone been able to contact Gold support and get an answer when this bug will be corrected?
