Large blank space above Content?

I noticed this, and although it's not anything that stops production, but has anyone else noticed a large blank space above the content on screens such as the item receipt?

It seems, if I have say, 3" of content in the Items tab, I have a corresponding blank space above that which is 3".
so the longer the content, the longer my space. See ginormous (yes, I must quote Elf created words at Christmas time:D ), picture below


If someone else has experienced this can you point me in the right direction? Do I need to file a case for this silly thing? I'd hate for this to take priority over real issues.
