Safari quitting when trying to print checks

After the latest security update for Mac OSX 10.5.1 Safari quits when trying to print checks.  Printing other things works fine (sales orders, invoices, etc), but when trying to print checks it quits before they are processed.  There are no problems with Camino, Firefox, or Omniweb.
