Pricing error on sales order
I found a klong incident this morning.
We entered a sales order Friday. Although all lines show as base price, the unit price on one line was incorrect: $18.25 instead of $25.00.
I checked the system notes on the SKU and found that no changes has been made in the last two months, and that the base price had never been $18.25.
There are no alternate pricing levels that show this price. The amount field on the sales order line is accessible for editing, but the unit price is not.
When I review the orders prior to releasing them for picking I rely on the pricing level without checking the actual numbers. I can see no way this could happen. It is as if Netsuite made up its own figures.
