Billing failed, orders stuck in queue, help!
Hi,
One of our managers was billing the orders at the end of the day as usual. According to him it failed at 15%. Only a few of the orders were billed, and the rest is listed as "in queue". Is there anyway to clear the queue and re-initiate the process?
