Physical Inventory Worksheet

Am I the only one that has issues with this program ?  We just conducted our physical inventory on 12/19 - 12/21 and, of course, due to the many issues we've had with NS, I didn't feel comfortable having my employees deal with this, so I was the lucky one that got to input all the data during the holiday.   I had the same problem with this program on the 4th of July weekend and have reported this to NS more than 7 times.  I starting trying to select this program in November to make sure it worked, only to
