Does anyone know anything about the web seminars?

I, and a bunch of people who I can hear on the teleconference, have been waiting 30 minutes for host to come on for "Returns Management" which was scheduled at 11:00 AM today.

There's no host, no updates, I've emailed NetSuite 3 times, and still no response.

Any news or updates, and will this be rescheduled?
