RESET not working in Quote Transaction

Case # is 677813.

While I submitted this case, I thought I would see if others had this issue and what they did to remedy/work around.

We recently updated our pricing and told our sales associates to RESET their expired quotes to reflect the changes.  On transactions with a small amount of line items (<50) the RESET seemed to work fine with the exception that the margins shown were incorrect.  The margin issue we have seen before and know if we select a line item and hit <DONE> the margin numbers get corrected.

However quote transactions with > 50 line items may or may not RESET. (mostly not reset)  It seems to be hit and miss based on user (although we all have the same Role)  We did find a work around by re-entering the line item which pulled the new pricing, but this is VERY time consuming for the associates.
