CSV import problem

Im doing my first CSV import of a small simple file that has only a few fields of basic customer data.  Importing new customers with add and update selected.

Im getting an error :You have entered an Invalid Field Value anonymous_user for the following field: email

but when I look at the email field all I see are completely fine email addresses.

Any ideas?
