Customers of specific categories corrupted/can't load/broken/dead/useless
Red hot, blocking, disastrous bug.
We have 3 customer categories:

Wholesale

Retail

Direct Retail
We have 30+ scripts that use the category field for automation. Very large system which forms the backbone of our new business division.
A customer with a category of Retail or Direct Retail is unavailable to NetSuite. That doesn't make sense, I know.. but I don't know how to explain it.
From SuiteScript an attempt to load the record throws a weird exception which comes deep from within the API.
A custom transaction body field that sources the entity record (IE: {customer.category}) throws "ERROR: Field Not Found"
