Administrator rights

Hi All

As Administrator I wish to be able to see all calenders no matter what the employee has set there permissions to.

I raised this as an enhancement 29939 some time ago and nothing has happened

Surly this must be something that people and Administrators must have asked for before.

So i have another idea of doing the above and that is to force everyone to use Public view.

The question that i have is:

Is there a way to force the change to Public view with out  getting all employees to manually change there Preferences?
