Something changed when NS dropped out earlier

Bad Bad news my friends

Ever since NS has that problem a few hours ago where we couldn't view sales orders, every new customer that signs up via an existing custom form, or within NS itself, sees webstore pricing EXCLUSIVE of GST.

Is there any chance of whover fixed the earlier problem to retrace your steps and see if that could be the reason why.

This is vital to us.
