URGENT: Payroll Error Code 11111

The following is showing up under the To Resolve tab on the Update Payroll Information screen and it won't let me Create Payroll. Please advise ASAP.  Need to submit payroll by 6 pm Eastern Time.

Error Code 11111 The specified network name is no longer available.
