CSV Import Error - "Invalid company reference key [company name]"

- Importing Contacts and Leads
- Add (I don't want to use Add + Update as I don't want records from existing customers being changed)
- Leads as individuals

For every contact that I try to import, regardless if I have the company name in NetSuite already, I get this error:

Invalid company reference key [company name]

Any ideas? Anyone?
