Duplicate Detection for shared domain

I see in the help (URL at bottom) that several shared domains e.g. hotmail.com are excluded from duplicate detection.

Is there any way to request/suggest additional domains to be added to this exclusion list?   Perhaps Netsuite could have a submission form where we can propose additions to this list?

e.g. some very popular one here in the UK are btinternet.com or hotmail.co.uk which are not included in netsuite's list.
