Serious Error with Purchase Orders in V 2008.1

We discovered that purchase orders we create are not referencing the vendor part #.  It references ours!  This has only been since we upgraded to Version 2008.1.  The technician was able to replicate the error.

I consider this to be a serious error since our vendors do not know our part #s and it is causing major confusion.  I hope that NetSuite Senior Tech Support is looking into this.

Please help ASAP.
