Can't create two shipping items with the same "integration type"

[*]Create a shipping item called "boo" and choose UPS ground as the "Integration Type"
[*]Create a new shipping item called "foo" and choose UPS ground as the "Integration Type"[/LIST]

You have entered a duplicate Shipping Item.
Go back, change the name and resubmit.
Now, you are probably thinking "What's the point?"
Point is we want configure different shipping items for different types of customers. IE: Ground (Free), Ground (Real Time), Ground (bloated), etc
