Can't Add New Sites - Any Others?

For the last week, we've been unable to create new websites. Any other Multi-Website users have this problem?

This problem happened since we were updated to 2008.


In addition, here are our other problems since moving to the 2008 version:

1. FRIENDLY URLs NOT WORKING FOR MULTIPLE SITES
Case # 688021
Works only on the items which were added on the 2007 version

2. RELATED ITEMS DOES NOT WORK FOR MULTIPLE SITES
Case # 694953
Related items do not display on item detail pages on multiple sites (only on our primary site)

3. TAG SUBSTITUTION IS NOT RELIABLE ACROSS MULTIPLE WEBSITES.
Case #   688021
Defect# 140996
The account page does not work at all. The cart page works sometimes across different sites. The checkout page works for existing sites, but not for new ones.
