Roles not consistant
I created a new custom record field called testimonials for customers and assigned full permissions to the 'Marketing Manager' role.
When I log in as administrator or as marketing manager I can see it underneath the marketing tab in a sub tab called Testimonials.
When our marketing manager logs in with the marketing manager role she does not see it. Every other person in the marketing manager role can see it. I assigned (temporarily) the marketing manager account to the administrator role and if she logs in as administrator she can see the tab.
I have tried:
-Removed all permissions from the record and customer linking field
