Outlook Integration with Vista and Outlook 2003

I can not seem to get the integration to download on one of our new computers which has Vista and Outlook 2003.  After I click on the link to download the installer for Outlook 2002 and 2003 and then try to open and install, the box pops up saying "The Wise Installation Wizard is extracting files to your local computer, please wait.....".  I've waited for over 10 minutes and nothing is happening.

Am I doing something wrong or can I not run Vista and Outlook 2003 integration together or is there something else????
