Credit Hold Not working - Defect 139789
We are having a frustrating time using the credit hold feature. For example, Netsuite is showing that the customer is 125 days overdue and puts the customer on credit hold. However when you pull up the customer there are no invoices that old, there aren't even any invoices older than 30 days. Netsuite has issued a defect but this creates a lot of unnecessary work turning customers manually off and on.
