ODBC - what rights are needed

I created an access report that is connected via ODBC to NetSuite.

I can connect with my credentials (I am an administrator).  One of our employees cannot - I temporarily made her an admin and she could then connect.

What in their role to I have to activate for non-admin roles to connect?
