NetSuite Case Emails Being Flagged as Spam.
Hello.
We do a lot of support via netsuite and send out the case emails and responses all the time. Some customers don't get them. We asked one of our customers to look into it and the following is his reply.
I'm hoping someone reads this and gets it to the right tech guy inside of NetSuite. Support wasn't very helpful imo.

I found the problem. Netsuite’s host (A) and reverse DNS (PTR) records don’t match up. Allow me to explain.
These are the email servers for netsuite.com:
mx1.netsuite.com internet address = 63.209.28.241
mx2.netsuite.com internet address = 63.209.28.71
